TeamViewer is a handy program that allows you to remotely connect different computers, great for working on team projects or adding a visual element to a conference call. To share the PC desktop remotely, all you have to do is have TeamViewer installed on all the computers that will be connected, plus an internet connection to transmit the information.

Thanks to this simple program, you can remotely access the other computers that are connected to the same network, or give permission for them to access your own PC. This makes team work much easier, especially if you make use of TeamViewer’s integrated chat feature to communicate with your teammates. Up to 25 different computers can be connected at once for a dynamic team meeting – all done remotely.

To keep things secure, each team meeting will have a session number and a password, which you will need in order to gain access to the network of shared computers. Once you enter this information, a request will be sent to the PC being shared. When they accept, you’ll be seeing their computer desktop in real time. You can even request permission to take the reins to their PC remotely from your own.
